Where this data actually lives

Every customer and every logged meal is stored in one file — data/propergram-data.json — on whichever server this app is running on. Every change (adding a meal, pausing a customer, generating an invoice) is saved there immediately through api/data.php. That's what makes it show up the same way on any device that logs in: nothing lives in this browser alone.
